Calling all those folks Artsy (or Otherwise) interested in AAUW’s STITCHES GROUP !!! Our Kickoff will be a trip to Reno to Irene York’s lovely home (1220 Briddlewood Way- phone 775-376-8908) on Wednesday, September 16th. She has planned a lovely little knitting project called Comfort Pals.   She envisions a 3-4 hour workshop with drinks and coffeecake in the AM and a Brown Bag Luncheon but with dessert provided in the PM. She will be providing a kit but we need to bring our own tape measures, scissors, and needles or crochet hook.
