General Meeting

Eileen Cohen, a well-known Yoga teacher in Tahoe City, will teach a Gentle/Restorative Yoga Class.  Several of our members have attended her class, and she has agreed to do this for us.  Please bring a mat and wear appropriate clothes to work out in.  No shoes are worn.  Participation is voluntary, but we hope everyone will try.  Please arrive on time so we can start at 1:00.  Visitors are welcome.
