We will meet in the downstairs community room.  Directions for parking and entry to the main lobby door will be posted.

Our guest speaker will be Dr. Laurence Heifetz, the Tahoe Forest Gene Upshaw Memorial Cancer Center’s director and practicing oncologist.  He will give a presentation on the development of the center and the treatment that is available to many cancer patients served by this nationally recognized hospital.

This is an evening meeting held to accommodate our working members, and we hope you will invite spouses and guests to join us for this special presentation and meeting following the guest presentation.  We have invited members of Tahoe League for Charity (“TLC”), as well as the on duty fire crew and their families.

We would like to serve coffee and cookies following Dr. Heifetz’s presentation and prior to our brief business meeting.  It will be greatly appreciated if you are willing to bring one or two dozen cookies to the meeting.  Please notify Carol or Christine.
