Do you like textiles, fashion, and history? Then this is for you!  Our November program is a visit to part of the Nevada State Museum, the Marjorie Russell Clothing and Textile Research Center.  This research center is visited by special tours only.  Come and have a tour by Jan Loverin, Curator. This is a walking and standing tour while seeing the wonderful treasures. The cost is a donation of $10, payable to Marjorie Russell Clothing and Textile Research Center.  Just bring the check with you.

Lunch will follow our tour at Joanie’s Creekside Cafe, 1795 East College Parkway; Carson City.Menu: Cold Wrap Bar: Roasted Turkey or Roast Beef or Vegetarian with cheese wraps.  Pasta salad and coleslaw sides are served buffet style.  Coffee, tea, or soda included. $12.50 including tax and tip.  Please bring cash for lunch.
